How long do Andura coatings last?
Many of Andura’s exterior masonry coatings are designed to last for at least 15 years.

 

Is there a guarantee?
The guarantee comes in two parts. Firstly, the contractor installing the Andura product offers an installation guarantee. The length of the guarantee depends on the individual contractor. The second part is the product guarantee. Andura offers a product guarantee that matches the length of the installation guarantee from the contractor, up to a maximum of 15 years. 

 

How do you clean the coatings?
All Andura exterior coatings can be cleaned, but the techniques required for each coating can vary. Please call us to discuss your individual situation.

 

Can you go over Sandtex? Or Weathershield?
Yes, any coloured Andura coating can go over previously painted surfaces that have been properly prepared. Our product information sheets give full details.

 

Can you paint over Andura coatings?
As long as the Andura coating has been given time to fully cure (up to 2 months) you can then paint over it with other products. As with all previously painted surfaces, it is important the surface has been prepared in line with our product information sheets.

Simply call or email and we’ll put you in touch with your nearest registered contractor.

 

Do you have any stockists?
No – Andura’s exterior masonry and roof coatings are only available direct and to the Registered Contractors.

Is there a minimum order?

 

Our minimum order varies depending on product type as pack sizes vary:

• Classic 21, Trowel & Roll, Classic Primer, Classic Slush – 20L

• Classic Smooth, Pro-Flex Ultimate, Cleargard, Andura Sil, Roofgard – 5L

• Pro-Clear Ultimate – 10L

 

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges can vary based on location and volume. Just give us a call to find out the delivery charge for your order.

 

Can you colour match?
Yes, if you’d like a colour not on our standard range, we do offer a colour matching service. Please get in touch to find out more.

 

How quick is delivery?
If you order by 3pm, and we have the product in stock, you can expect your delivery with you the next day!

 

Can I collect?
Yes, anyone is welcome to collect their order from our factory in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
