This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information we collect about you through your use of the Andura website (the “Website”) or when you place an order with us, how we look after your personal data, and how you can instruct us, if you prefer, to limit the use of that information.

You can visit the Website without disclosing any personally identifiable information about yourself. By submitting information to us through or in connection with this Website, or through any other channel, you signify your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 1st April 2021 and will be updated from time-to-time.
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date, so please keep us informed of any changes.

Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, job role and company name.

Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.

Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and information you choose to post in our contact forms or other message areas and survey responses.

We will get your express opt-in for Marketing Communications from companies outside Andura before we share your personal data with any third-parties for the purpose of Marketing Communications.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. Please be aware that communications over the Internet, such as emails / webmails are not secure unless they have been encrypted – this is the nature of the Internet. We cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

We may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex, or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

8. Your consent

You can use the Hanford and Green Website without putting in any personal data.
By submitting any personal information to us you consent to the use of this information as set out in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy and if we do so we will post the changes online. It is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy every time you submit information to us or place an order. Use will signify that you agree to any such changes.
In the event the purposes for processing change, then we will contact you as soon as practicable and seek your consent where such notification relates to a new additional purpose for processing.

Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area. Countries outside of the EEA may not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try and protect the security of your information.

We may need to request further information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
